We have always been fond of Magnolia trees with their large blooming flowers and color varieties, each with its own meaning. In fact, magnolias have been a favorite among many stained glass artists over the decades. So it’s no surprise that we chose to make this when looking for something that feels like Spring. We wanted to make something a little bit bigger and more than our small suncatcher flowers like our tulips, daffodils, etc.<\/p>\n
We love how with turned out! The light blue oval mimicking the blue skies and being colorful and yet faded enough to stay in the background. The oval with the open back really makes the branch and flower of the magnolia tree pop forward. <\/p>\n

It is a twenty-seven-piece item soldered with 60\/40 tin\/lead solder and polished to perfection. It hangs from a chain on wire hooks soldered to the back. Although we recommend that you hang this on something sturdy like a latch or nail, you can add a large suction hook for easy hanging in any window.<\/p>\n
